Gerhard is a University of Pretoria MArchProf graduate. After graduation, Gerhard acted as manager for the Pretoria branch of a large commercial company in Pretoria. At Roos Architects, Gerhard has administered various types of building projects from inception to fruition locally and complex projects internationally, as principal agent and project leader. Gerhard has extensive contract administration experience with various types of building contracts, specifically the JBCC building contract and the FIDIC construction contract amongst others.
